Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web hosting, game server hosting, TeamSpeak 3, and Discord bot services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ferroxel Hosting operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address], [Country / EU VAT ID if applicable] ("Ferroxel Hosting", "we", "us"). 2. Services

Ferroxel Hosting provides hosting services as described on the applicable plan page at the time of purchase. Plan specifications (disk space, bandwidth, databases, CPU, memory, storage, and operating system options) are published on each plan page and form part of this agreement. We may update plan listings from time to time; existing customers keep the specifications of their purchased plan unless agreed otherwise.

3. Orders, Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in the currency noted on the plan page and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in advance on the billing cycle you select at checkout. We do not offer contractual lock-in: plans are billed month to month and you may cancel at any time from the client area. Your signup price is your renewal price; Ferroxel Hosting will not increase your plan's price at renewal. Any future price change applies only to new signups [VERIFY — confirm price-lock policy in writing].

Failure to pay an invoice may result in suspension of the Services after [X] days past due, and termination after [Y] days. Unpaid invoices may be sent to collection.

4. Accounts & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, panel logins, and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized access. Servers compromised through customer-side credential leaks are your responsibility to secure; we assist on request.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use the Services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: hosting illegal content, unauthorized scanning or attacks, spam, phishing, malware distribution, and abuse of network resources. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Uptime & Service Levels

Ferroxel Hosting targets 99.9% monthly uptime for all Services, measured on the status page. In the event of confirmed downtime exceeding [X] minutes in a calendar month, you may be eligible for a service credit of [X]% of the monthly fee per [X] of downtime, applied to your next invoice [VERIFY — align with published SLA]. Scheduled maintenance (published at least [X] hours in advance) is excluded from uptime calculations.

7. Backups

Web hosting plans include automated backups with [X]-day retention. Game server plans include scheduled backups and manual snapshot capability. Backups are provided as a convenience; you remain responsible for maintaining your own off-site copies of critical data. 8. Migrations

Free migrations (up to 5 sites per request, typically completed within 2 business days) are provided on web hosting plans as a staff-assisted service. We will not be liable for data loss arising from migration of third-party application data and recommend you keep the original provider's backups until migration is confirmed.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, incorporated by reference. In summary: 30-day money-back guarantee on web hosting and 7-day guarantee on game servers, subject to listed exclusions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferroxel Hosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the [X] months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; those exclusions apply to you only to the extent permitted.

11. Termination

You may cancel any Service at any time from the client area; the Service remains active until the end of the paid billing period. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for breach of the AUP, failure to pay, or conduct that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

All content you host remains yours. You grant us the limited right to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Services. The Ferroxel Hosting name, logos, website design, and branding are our property unless otherwise noted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file or via the client area at least [X] days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
